PRODUCTS & CRAFTSMANSHIP
Each Artion piece is individually crafted using natural materials such as wood, acrylic, and stainless steel.Variations in tone, texture, or finish are natural characteristics and form part of the product’s authenticity. We reserve the right to make small adjustments in design or material selection that maintain or enhance quality.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices in case listed are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely via our selected payment partners.
Orders or limited editions may require a deposit or full payment in advance.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer worldwide delivery. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Because each Artion piece is custom-made or limited in nature, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Any issue must be reported within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos.
Engraved or personalized pieces are final sale.
Please ensure all submitted text, logos, or designs are correct at the time of order confirmation.
Artion Engraving is not responsible for errors submitted by the client.
